We had a fantastic time in a spacious family room that felt like a little apartment, complete with comfy beds and excellent bathroom facilities. More seating options in the common areas would help.

The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh pastries and you know I love my pastries. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel special.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for what you get, it’s still reasonable.

great location but needs better breakfast
The location was perfect for us, as it was just a short distance from the airport. The staff were exceptional, especially the gentleman who provided our transportation, which made our travel stress-free. Our small dog was welcomed and had enough space to play in the patio area, which was a delightful surprise. I appreciated the cozy lounge area where we could unwind after a long day.
The breakfast options were a bit basic and unfortunately often lukewarm.

Had an awesome time with friends. The staff were super helpful, giving us great tips for getting around. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful landscapes around Venice on bikes. Breakfast had a big selection, so we found something tasty every morning. Easy tram access made getting to Venice a breeze. Highly recommend this as a base for exploring!
One thing to note is that while the rooms were decent, the carpets in the passage could use some refreshing. It wasn’t a major issue, but just something to consider.

Just a great fit for a weekend jaunt in Mestre with reasonable value. The breakfast selection was decent and had fresh pastries. Consider bringing your own coffee supplies as there aren't facilities in the room.

The noise from neighboring rooms made it tough to catch some Zs, especially during late nights with rowdy guests above. Getting some hot food at breakfast was a challenge, as a few items were lukewarm at best, so time your visits wisely. while the decor has a contemporary feel, there were signs it could use a refresh, particularly in the bathrooms where cleanliness left something to be desired. And if you're a light sleeper, the thin walls might prove to be an issue for you. Lastly, while the tram stop is close, commuting into Venice can take longer than anticipated during peak times.
